WOW Toys We have had a large shipment of these very popular toys arrive with a special giveaway for April. Spend over $40.00 on Wow toys to receive a free pack of 4 characters valued at over $13.00.
WOW are wonderful toys for 1 years old – 5 years old. These toys are British designed, brightly coloured, very robust and very appealing for children. We have had several Wow toys in our play area in the shop for several years and have had many children testing them and all still look brand new.
Sylvanian Family Club The Sylvanian Club is proving to be very popular. We have had a new shipment of Sylvanian figurines in time for the School Holidays. Please come in and fill in a form to join the Sylvanian Club (if you haven’t already) and select your free Sylvanian character. The next Sylvanian magazine will be mailed out shortly.
South Wairarapa Junior Chess Tournament
Children’s Games Club Starting again in the 2nd week of Term 2 and will be on Tuesdays at the Featherston Community Centre, 14 Wakefield St, Featherston – 4.30 – 5.30pm.
All Aboard has been running the Children's Games & Chess Club in Featherston for about 7 years and we do enjoy the opportunity to meet and play with the children each week.
The Games Club is open to all children 7 – 14 years and parents or caregivers and it is free to come along. We do appreciate the use of the Community Centre which is such a great venue. An opportunity for children to pick up some tips before the Chess Tournament in June and to have fun playing a wide range of board games and card games. All Welcome.
Wellycon Games Weekend The date has been set for Queens Birthday Weekend -
On Sunday there will be a family session with games particularly aimed at 5 – 12 years old. We are aiming to be there to help with the session.
The venue will be Level 1, Events Centre, MAWSA Complex, Massey University, Gate E, Tasman St, Wellington. Times: Sat 4th June 10.00am – 9.45pm Sun 5th June 10.00am – 9.30pm

Our next Games Night will be on the Thursday before Easter, 21st April at the Royal Hotel. We will be in the Dining Room from 6.30pm for a meal and then start playing games from 7.00pm and then continue until about 10.30 – 11.00ish..
We had a great turnout at the last Games Night with over 20 people attending. There will be plenty of games available to try out or bring your own favourite games. People are friendly and welcoming and willing to help with rules. Come along and join the fun. All Welcome!

The date has been set for Friday, 10th June. Once again, All Aboard is organising
this great event for the 8th year. Over 100 school children from the South Wairarapa
will be battling for trophies and awards over the day which runs from 9.00am – 2.30pm.
The competition can be intense, but all children enjoy the opportunity to compete
and all seem to leave with smiles on their faces and each child takes home a gift
pack at the end of the day. We are very fortunate to have a great team of volunteers
who help on the day, and have made the Tournament a success each year. We would love
to hear from anyone else who would like to be involved (knowledge of Chess is not
necessary, as there are lots of jobs to be filled.)
